Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. A cleaning fee of $50 will be charged. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. They can be located under Waterslide rentals and Bounce house waterslide combos. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.
We do not provide water hoses for the wet rentals. The customer is responsible for supplying the water hose. The water hose needs to be long enough to reach and go up the side of the inflatable 10-16ft. If the water hose is not long enough the inflatable will need to be set up in a different spot closer. You can connect multiple hoses if needed. The water hose that connects to the inflatable has to be a SOLID hose; the expandable hoses will not work for our units since the hose has to go inside a sleeve.
No, we do not provide the water. Your house or the place you are renting for the party has to have a water spicket.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags. If you choose not to use stakes on your grass, sandbags will be used. Additional charge applies for sandbags used on grass, pavement/concrete and indoors.
Our rentals are for up to 8 hours. However, you can extend your rental time for additional cost. Just adjust your time for the price difference.
For Example: 11a-7p we will drop off at 11a.m. and pick up at 7p.m. please choose drop-off and pickup times accordingly.
Please note we do not want to show up at your party start time to set up. ideal would be an hour before. if your party starts at 12 please try to select a time before 12.
Sometimes we are able to drop off before your selected drop off time, in the event this happens there is no extra charge, and it does not affect your booked time.
We drop off and pick up at the time you selected on your booking.
Yes, we do. The deposit is $25 to reserve an inflatable. The deposit is nonrefundable. We understand things happen so in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your deposit is good for one year.
If you need to cancel your date it has to be 48 hours before your event date, your deposit will be good towards another date for 1 year. If you cancel after the 48 hours mark all monies (deposits and payments made in full) will be forfeited.
Yes, for additional cost.
we do have some requirements that have to be met. The inflatable cannot be left in front yard overnight so it will have to be set up inside a fence in the backyard. We will not allow it to stay overnight in a park or field. We do not allow overnight rentals in some areas.
We do not allow our employees to be discriminated against or disrespected. We do not tolerate violence, belligerent behavior, bullying or racism. You will be banned from renting from us, if it takes place at delivery your rental will be automatically cancelled, and no refund will be given.
